This special project involved a 600-acre parcel of land with over a mile of undisturbed shoreline in Wisconsin. Aulik Companies worked closely with the owners to draft a Conservation Easement and Development Covenant, and upon approval, designed this home in part by utilizing stone sourced from local farms. Many other reclaimed materials were also used, including kegs from the famous Hamm’s Brewery, which went into the construction of the home’s floors.
